Major Nupur Gupta, an alumnus of IIM Lucknow, has 27 years of experience in varied fields of academics, corporate training, and the Indian Army. She has been part of academic faculty, training teams, and administration of renowned Management schools across the country. An experienced corporate trainer, Life, and Executive Coach. She is certified from “ISO 2017- Global Accreditation Assessment Forum Series (GAAFS)”, “Skill Central United Kingdom”, “ICF-CCE”, and Indian Leadership Academy in soft skills, behavioral skills, leadership, and life skills training.
She has been a part of various panel discussions, keynote speaker, Resource person for faculty development programs, student and parent counseling, and many others. She has worked as a Leadership Consultant with CATS Academy, Pune (A global partner of Worldview Consulting, South Africa, and Persona Global USA). She was one of the pioneer women officers in the Indian Army and retired after a distinguished service of ten years.

She is an avid researcher who has presented more than 25 research papers at International / National conferences across various disciplines specializing in tourism, brand equity, and sustainability. Her articles on Tourism during the pandemic have been recognized by both the WHO and the US Department of Agriculture and health.
