Orientation session plays a very important part as it provides required thrust to the students in the new session. Orientation program was conducted on February 23, 2015 to guide the existing (B.A; LL.B, II, IV, VI, VIII, X Semester) students at BF-I. The program started with the lamp lighting by the faculty members and students. The programme commenced with the welcome address by Dr. Niti Sinha HoD Law with the statement that learning is absolute involvement and complete commitment from both – the teacher & the taught . Besides Academic Activities, Students will be parting in Legal Aid camps in the rural areas serving the poor and weaker sections of the society.
Students will use their potential by involving themselves in academic, career-building & creative activities.She also told students that lots of changes had been made in the co-curricular activities such as formation of different committees and clubs and insisted to the students for taking part and they should improve their oratory and written skills and put extra efforts for making their session dynamic and vibrant. Thereafter the faculty members introduced themselves and gave a concise introduction about the subjects that they would be teaching during the semester and gave introduction and objective of different committees and Clubs such as law and technology, consumer club, moot court and drama and literary club.
A vote of thanks was proposed by Mr. Govind Prasad Goyal. The event was anchored by Ms. Avani Verma and Mr. Kashish Acharya. The Program was coordinated by all faculty members .
