Aim

The influence of human personality upon the functional efficiency of an organization and its personnel has been widely recognized. It is now widely acknowledged that recruiters are increasingly evaluating overall personality traits, the ability to collaborate with others, integrity, ethics, and more specifically, verbal and written communication skills during the interview process. In short, in today's increasingly challenging and stimulating competitive scenario, it is extremely important to recognize the need for the ongoing development of personal characteristics and qualities that, while not easy to quantify, have a significant impact on an individual's and an organization's performance. At IMS, Noida we aim to screen out those barriers or obstructions that stand in the way of the expression of individual personality, through a holistically designed PD Module to cater the demands of Young Technocrats in order to enhance their overall Communication and Personality Traits.
