Knowledge and Learning are ever flowing streams. They never stop. If they do, they will stagnate and get polluted. Several faculty members of the Institute got their articles published in reputed journals and also attended national and international conferences, seminars and workshops:

A research paper on "Strategic Dimensions of Indian BPO Industries" by Mr. Bikram Jit Rishi has been published in the book 'Enhancing Global Business Competitiveness' by Integrated Academy of Management and Technology, Ghaziabad.

Mr. Harvinder Singh's article titled "Cultural Shift and Consumer Behaviour: Strategic implications for the Indian Markets" has been selected for publication in the IMS Management journal.

A paper titled "Patent(third) Amendment Bill with Special Emphasis on Pharmaceutical Industry" written by Ms. Gurbandini has been accepted for publication in PRAGYAN-A Journal of IMS, Dehradun. Two articles of Ms. Kamini Singh one on "Role of Innovations"and another on "Indian Banking Sector" have been published in Convergence Asia the Journal for Knowledge Economy Management in Vol. 2, No.1, 2004 and Vol. 2 No. 3, 2004 issues respectively.

A paper of Mr. Bikram Jit Rishi entitled "Insurance marketing-The Emerging Trends" has been accepted for publication in Simla Management Journal published by Himachal Pradesh University, Simla.

An Article titled "Economic and Social Dimensions of Indian Business-A Global Perspective" by Dr. C.S. Nagpal and Mr. Bikram Jit Rishi was published in the Souvenir of 9th Management Convention organized by Noida Management Association.

A book on Bank Probationary Officer's Examination by Mr. Rishi Raman Singh has been published by Unique Publishers, New Delhi.

A Research Paper by Mr. Bikram Jit Rishi, titled "Sustainable Corporate Restructuring: A Strategic Option" has been accepted for publication in the journal of Jagannath Institute of Management Studies.

A Case study written by Mr. Bikram Jit Rishi entitled "BHEL A Search for Strategic Direction" has been accepted in Renvoi a case study festival of Amity Business School, Noida.

Mr. Harvinder Singh presented a paper titled "Opportunities for organized retailing in rural India" at a national seminar on Agricultural Marketing held at Jaipur which was jointly organized by National Institute of Agricultural Marketing (NIAM) and BIT, Ranchi on March 30, 2005.

Dr. N. S. Azad and Mr. Bikramjit Rishi attended a programme entitled "Budget 2004" organized by NMA and PMI of NTPC on 16 July, 2004. The chief guest and the main speaker was Dr. R. N. Lakhotia, a renowned taxation expert and consult. He explained various changes brought out in the new budget.

Mr. Bikram Jit Rishi and Mr. Shiv Kumar Verma represented IMS Noida at a national seminar organized by IMT, Ghaziabad on April 10-11, 2005. The theme of the seminar was "Business Information System".

Dr. A. N. Pal and Mr. Bikram Jit Rishi represented the Institute in the National Services Marketing Summit on 9 10 Sep. 2005 at Grand Hotel, New Delhi.

Mr. Bikram Jit Rishi attended a lecture on "Turn Around Strategies" at AIMA Auditorium, New Delhi on 29 July, 2005.

Dr. C.S. Nagpal, Mr. Bikram Jit Rishi and Mr. Harvinder Singh attended the convention, the theme of which was "Transformation of Indian Corporate in Global Context".

Mr. Bikram jit Rishi presented his case study titled 'Development of Strategic Information Systems' in the International Conference of Management Case Studies. The conference was jointly organized by Institute of Management Technology & George Mason University, Virginia (USA)

Mr. Bikram Jit Rishi presented his paper titled 'Management Education in India Issues & Concerns' at the international Conference of AIAER (All India Association for Educational Research) organized by Punjabi University, Patiala.

Dr. C.S. Nagpal and Ms Gurbandini attended a seminar on 'Hong Kong WTO Ministerial Meeting Outlook for India' organized by ASSOCHAM on 25 Nov.05.

Dr. C.S. Nagpal and Mr. Rishi Raman Singh attended a conference on 'Energy Conservation A Road Map' jointly organized by NMA and OCRA at NTPC-PMI on 22 Nov.05.

Ms. Namita Nagpal and Mr. Anubhav Mathur attended the faculty development program on 'Understanding Television Ratings' held in Apeejay Institute of Mass Communication on 17 Oct.05.
